Watu Ulo Beach

Hai, travelers.

Now, I want to explain you about Watu Ulo Beach. I am not too interested with this beach, but don't worry. It doesn't mean that Watu Ulo is not worth to be visited. There are so much mystery, so that's why I am not too interested.

Watu Ulo Beach is a beach with black sand that located in Sumberejo village, Ambulu, Jember, East Java. It is about 40 km from the central of Jember. So this beach is just like Papuma and Payangan, that's why we can call them, neighborhood.

Watu Ulo in Indonesian means Watu = Batu (Stone) and Ulo = Ular (Snake). Because there is a long rock that shaped just like a snake.

The picture above is the rock that looked like snake.

And for the ticket you must pay to enter to Watu Ulo beach is about IDR 5k until IDR 7,5k. There, you will find some "warung ikan bakar" just like in Papuma.
